Videocon Group forays into DTH space with Videocon d2h

Videocon Group has launched d2h, it direct-to-home (DTH) service, in India. To be launched in a phased manner, Maharashtra is the first state where this service has been launched. Videocon d2h currently offers two packs to its viewers and services such as Satellite LCD, Satellite TV, Satellite DVD and set-top box (STB). The company also plans to offer customer service that can be reached easily. Videocon d2h has partnered with Irdeto for a modular scalable Conditional Access System (CAS), and they have partnered with Tech Mahindra in the IT space and IBM for technology infrastructure.
