Hello FM kicks off campaign to garner aid for HIV positive kids
Hello FM met with resounding success with its first ever region centric corporate social responsibility initiative called “Petralthaan Pillaiya” in 2009. “Petralthaan Pillaiya”, a Hello FM initiative, started in association with PSI (Population Services International), with the single objective of providing medical insurance to HIV positive children in Tamil Nadu, is back. The campaign managed to garner Rs 23 lakhs from around 5,000 contributors in 2009, which was used for providing medical insurance to 2,500 HIV positive kids.
