Meow FM appoints Adhir Bhogte as national sales head
MUMBAI: Meow FM has appointed Adhir Bhogte as national sales head. Based out of Mumbai, Bhogte will assume office on 14 December and will report to India Today Group CEO Ashish Bagga. Confirming the development to Indiantelevision.com Bhogte says, “Yes, I will be joining Meow FM as national sales head.” Prior to this, Bhogte was MTV head sales, West and South for 13 months and was also involved in the sales planning for Colors for three months. Meow FM enters Himachal
Meow FM channel, a 24-hour station of the India Today group, has launched its services in Shimla on 104.8 frequency. “The Meow experience is full of good music, sensible talk, humour and live interaction,” said head of programming, Shimla station, Shraddha Mishra. The Shimla FM channel was launched by Chief Minister P K Dhumal. “The Shimla station will cover nearby areas including the towns of Bilaspur, Solan, Sarahan, Kasauli, Mandi, Kufri, Rohru and Narkanda,” he said. Vehrnon Ibrahim to join Meow FM as programming head on 4 January
MUMBAI: Meow FM said Thursday it has appointed Vehrnon Ibrahim as its national programming head. The former Radio One VP programming will take up his new assignment on 4 January. Indiantelevision.com had earlier reported that Ibrahim is serving his notice period at Radio One and would be joining Meow FM as programming head. Ibrahim will report to India Today Group CEO Ashish Bagga. “Yes, Ibrahim will join Meow FM and will assume office from 4 January,” Bagga confirmed to Indiantelevision.com.
