Additional Terms & Conditions:
- Tata Sky shall bear only the ex showroom price of the Hero Honda Karizma motorcycle. Tata Sky shall make this payment to the Hero Honda dealer directly on behalf of the winner
- The registration charges, insurance cost, octroi & all other charges over and above the ex-showroom price shall be borne by the winner
- The TDS on the Prize shall be borne by the winner. The winner will issue a demand draft for the TDS amount in the name of ‘Tata Sky Ltd’ prior to Tata Sky paying the Hero Honda dealer the ex-showroom price on behalf of the winner
- Payment to dealer as stated above shall be made only after the winner completes all the requisite formalities communicated by the Tata Sky to the winner
- In the event of non availability of the said Prize, Tata Sky shall have the right to change the Prize to another motorcycle of an approximately same value as that of the Prize
- Transaction pertaining to purchase of the motorcycle takes place directly between You and the Hero Honda dealer and Tata Sky shall not be liable for any issues pertaining to service, late/non-delivery, warranty, maintenance, defects, additional charges etc.
