I&B nod for community radio station in Gurgaon

MUMBAI: The Information & Broadcasting (I&B) ministry has granted The Restoring Force (TRF), a voluntary organisation based out of Gurgaon (Haryana) to establish, maintain and operate a community radio station (CRS).
The CRS is expected to be operational within three months as per the agreement. With this, the number of CRS in the country will total to 55.
TRF intends to work all over the country, primarily in the field of education. It will focus in providing clean and healthy environment at schools along with basic facilities to improve the quality of education by modern means of learning.
