NEW DELHI: Online shopping portal Indiatimes.com has launched interactive shopping service under the brand name iShop on Airtel Digital TV, the DTH platform of Airtel.

iShop will offer a wide range of products like Electronics, Mobiles, Apparels & Accessories, Books & Magazines, Gifts & flowers, health and beauty. The services will be for 24 hours and would also provide various payment options like cash on delivery, cheque and credit card.

When asked if Indiatimes is looking for similar tie-up with other DTH service providers, the spokesperson added, “Presently, we are engaged with Airtel DTH for this special initiative. While we are open to evaluating and discussing any opportunities the environment offers, we would like to focus our energies and resources in making the IShop on Airtel DTH successful before spreading into other avenues.”
