NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that M/s Tata Sky Limited has been authorized to subscribe the Neo Cricket & Neo Sports Channels (hereinafter called “the Services”) through an Agreement with Neo Sports Broadcast Pvt. Limited (hereinafter Called “the Company”) in order to distribute the same through its DTH platform in the territory of India. M/s Tata Sky Limited has breached various clauses of the said agreement which inter-alia includes non payment of the license towards subscription of the channels along with interest thereupon, non placement of the channels in the agreed tier and default in its advertisement spend commitment, even after receiving reminders from the Company. The Company therefore is compelled to de-activate the Services of the aforesaid DTH Operator after three weeks from this publication.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that M/s Hathaway Cable & Datacom Private Limited (hereinafter called “Hathway”), is authorized to subscribe the Neo Cricket & Neo Sports Channels(hereinafter Called “the Services”) through Inter-Connect Agreement with Neo Sports Broadcast Pvt. Limited (hereinafter called “the Company”) in order to distribute the same in the territory of India (for non CAS Areas) particularly the networks in Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore,
Hyderabad, Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Allahabad, Kanpur, Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Latur, Gwalior, Jhansi, Palanpur, Mawana, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Indore, Bhopal, Mhow, Mandsore, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Nanded, Mysore, Vijaywada, etc., either directly by Hathway through all of its existing networks and/or through the networks of all of its Sub opeators, J.V’s (which inter-alia includes Bhaskar cable (all India networks) and distributors. In addition Hathway has also been authorized, through another lnter-connect agreement, to distribute the Service in the notified CAS areas of Delhi, Mumbai & Chennai.

Hathway has defaulted for various clauses of the Agreement and has neither provided the details of its Subscribers being serviced by Hathway or its Sub operators nor sent the monthly subscriber report to the Company for the Non CAS Areas as per the provisions of Inter-Connect regulation and the agreement signed between Hathway and the Company. In addition Hathway has not cleared its dues towards subscription charges for the abovementioned CAS as well as Non CAS Areas and has not disclosed the true subscriber details to the Company for the non CAS Areas even after receiving reminders from the Company. The Company therefore is compelled to de-activate the Services of the aforesaid Networks (te. all the existing networks of Hathway and all of the networks of its Sub operators including J.V’s, distributors networks in the territory of India) after three weeks from this publication.
